I would like to take a moment to recognize **Rosalia Ramirez-Garcia, Marketing Director at Primrose Post Acute SNF**, for the extraordinary care, dedication, and advocacy she demonstrates for the residents and their families. I have personally worked with Rosalia throughout my sister’s rehabilitation journey, and she has been nothing short of **phenomenal**. From the beginning, it was clear that she genuinely has the **best interests of the residents at heart**. She goes above and beyond her role to make sure residents and their families feel supported, heard, and cared for. Rosalia is a true advocate for the community, even when challenges and adversity arise. She advocates for residents as though they are members of her own family, and that level of compassion and commitment is truly special. One experience that will always stand out to our family happened when our flight from Memphis to California was delayed by four hours. Rosalia stayed with us and remained available late into the night. She would not allow us to leave until she knew we were safe, supported, and properly cared for. That level of dedication speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. During my sister’s rehabilitation, Rosalia consistently demonstrated compassion, professionalism, patience, and genuine concern. She has been an incredible source of support for our family during a very difficult time. **Thank you, Rosalia, for everything you do for the residents and their families. I went there to massage my friend and a person I advocate for who is diagnosed with Sickle Cell. I enjoy educating the staff and learning from them! I appreciate the personalized attention and friendliness of the staff towards not only my patient, but myself as well!

Extremely attentive and helpful for multiple medications or hygiene items for patients to feel valued. This is my 3rd attempt for post acute care. Their model of individuals that are proficient in maintenance for complex but practical daily care for permanent instructions to take with you. Negative – employees are loud during the night. Sleep inadequacy is overlooked, and guards to improve light distractions are not present. Meds to combat insomnia or narcolepsy are absent from awareness by the staff. Sleep disfunctions need to be trained often. This facility can model having sleep medicine observe patients during overnight care. Sleep technicians that perform sleep apnea testing are qualified to document patient sleep hygiene and clinic prescribers can detail prescribed therapy protocols. My technical expertise is base on extraordinary care received by my family and self, especially my disabled Army veteran husband. The VA needs to use community providers like this facility. The absolute worst place to send an elderly person. This is a feeder rehab that the Veterans Administration sends Veterans. Yet they get treated terribly with no respect. Why is Tania Pineda writing a review for the company she works for. That speaks volumes. My father almost died in their care. They fed him salt and denied him liquids. He was extremely dehydrated; had delirium and sky rocketing sodium that caused him to be in the ICU for weeks. This place is a dungeon. Avoid it at any cost. I have personally reported this death mill to the health department and the VA has informed me they are under investigation.

What a great place to send your family members that needs placement. Ms. Rosie and her beautiful staff that worked diligently with my mother and helped her to move in a housing facility. Ms roise help me on a one phone call away. She came running to rescuing, without her help, I would not know what I would have done. Thank you. 😊
