The staff is very nice and extremely helpful and the facility is clean. I’m beyond happy for my mom to be here
Very good
Very nice staff.
I went to visit a family member. Everybody was courteous, helpful, and smiling, which is a blessing. God bless u all
Extremely attentive and helpful for multiple medications or hygiene items for patients to feel valued. This is my 3rd attempt for post acute care. Their model of individuals that are proficient in maintenance for complex but practical daily care for permanent instructions to take with you. Negative – employees are loud during the night. Sleep inadequacy is overlooked, and guards to improve light distractions are not present. Meds to combat insomnia or narcolepsy are absent from awareness by the staff. Sleep disfunctions need to be trained often. This facility can model having sleep medicine observe patients during overnight care. Sleep technicians that perform sleep apnea testing are qualified to document patient sleep hygiene and clinic prescribers can detail prescribed therapy protocols. My technical expertise is base on extraordinary care received by my family and self, especially my disabled Army veteran husband. The VA needs to use community providers like this facility. My Father stays there and they take good care of him. I highly recommend this facility.
Kind and polite
this place has really gotten better and i love the way they look after my brother , thank you Jesus 🙏🏿
All the staff was polite n respectful. Always quick to help. Thank you 4 all ur help.
The people there are very nice and very helpful and it is very clean
The absolute worst place to send an elderly person. This is a feeder rehab that the Veterans Administration sends Veterans. Yet they get treated terribly with no respect. Why is Tania Pineda writing a review for the company she works for. That speaks volumes. My father almost died in their care. They fed him salt and denied him liquids. He was extremely dehydrated; had delirium and sky rocketing sodium that caused him to be in the ICU for weeks. This place is a dungeon. Avoid it at any cost. I have personally reported this death mill to the health department and the VA has informed me they are under investigation.
Tania was so helpful, she answered all of my questions and was SOOO informative. Without her, I fear none of my questions would have been truly answered. Amazing customer service!!!
What a great place to send your family members that needs placement. Ms. Rosie and her beautiful staff that worked diligently with my mother and helped her to move in a housing facility. Ms roise help me on a one phone call away. She came running to rescuing, without her help, I would not know what I would have done. Thank you. 😊
My brother was a patient at Primrose for 7 months, which due to circumstances, I had to facilitate from another state. The long distance made it very difficult. Rosie’s attention and compassion that she showed to him by was a Godsend! From day one she was very responsive to his needs, fears and concerns that it gave me and my family a great deal of comfort knowing that he had an advocate in our absence that showed true professionalism. He has now been discharged to a local ALF for a more permanent residence. Rosie was instrumental in getting that accomplished. Her personal interactions with my brother have made a huge difference in his predicament and outlook. I know that she is not the only employee at Primrose but she does shine very brightly. Her dedication should be recognized and highly valued by Primrose!! She is an example to be followed by all in the health care industry. Thank you sooo much Rosie!!!!
Professional and kind staff, caring for a family member.
Primrose skilled nursing facility has a great physical therapy team. I really like the strengthening sessions to help prepare me for hip replacement surgery in the near future. However some of the CNA staffing have a problem with answering a call light and I have been met with unexpected unacceptable nasty behavior. I can understand a busy shift. No one should have to be told that the pain management nurse will never come and or to get a blanket for God’s sake would take an act of Congress. I have been terribly nauseas and experiencing excessive vomiting, dizziness, severe hip pain. Why should it take an hour to get a call light answered? Unacceptable!
Very nice staff, everyone friendly. Facility unbelievably dated and needs renovation badly.
