Extremely attentive and helpful for multiple medications or hygiene items for patients to feel valued. This is my 3rd attempt for post acute care. Their model of individuals that are proficient in maintenance for complex but practical daily care for permanent instructions to take with you. Negative – employees are loud during the night. Sleep inadequacy is overlooked, and guards to improve light distractions are not present. Meds to combat insomnia or narcolepsy are absent from awareness by the staff. Sleep disfunctions need to be trained often. This facility can model having sleep medicine observe patients during overnight care. Sleep technicians that perform sleep apnea testing are qualified to document patient sleep hygiene and clinic prescribers can detail prescribed therapy protocols. My technical expertise is base on extraordinary care received by my family and self, especially my disabled Army veteran husband. The VA needs to use community providers like this facility.
