I have personally worked with Rosalia throughout my sister’s rehabilitation journey, and she has been nothing short of **phenomenal**. She goes above and beyond her role to make sure residents and their families feel supported, heard, and cared for. Rosalia is a true advocate for the community, even when challenges and adversity arise. She advocates for residents as though they are members of her own family, and that level of compassion and commitment is truly special. One experience that will always stand out to our family happened when our flight from Memphis to California was delayed by four hours. Rosalia stayed with us and remained available late into the night. She would not allow us to leave until she knew we were safe, supported, and properly cared for. That level of dedication speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. During my sister’s rehabilitation, Rosalia consistently demonstrated compassion, professionalism, patience, and genuine concern. She has been an incredible source of support for our family during a very difficult time. **Thank you, Rosalia, for everything you do for the residents and their families. Primrose Post Acute is fortunate to have someone who cares so deeply about the people entrusted to its care. You are truly an advocate, a compassionate professional, and a blessing to the community.** I highly commend Rosalia for her outstanding service and dedication.
I went there to massage my friend and a person I advocate for who is diagnosed with Sickle Cell. I enjoy educating the staff and learning from them! I appreciate the personalized attention and friendliness of the staff towards not only my patient, but myself as well!
