What insurances do you accept?
We are proud to accept private pay, Medicare, Medi-Cal, all PPOs, and a wide range of insurances and HMOs including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, LA Care, private pay, and more. No matter what type of insurance you have, our insurance experts will take time to help you understand your plan benefits.
Do you offer short-term rehabilitation?
Yes. At Primrose Post-Acute, your successful recovery and quick return home is our top priority. We provide a unique personalized experience whether you’re suffering from an illness or recovering from a major medical event. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy is conducted under the guidance of licensed experts and is available seven days a week.
What is your visitor policy?

When will the doctor see me?
Doctors typically visit within 24-48 hours of admission. Your nurse will communicate any medical concerns with your doctor before and after they see you.
How often will I have therapy?
Most patients, depending on their condition and when they are admitted, will start rehab within 24 hours of admission and will receive therapy up to five times per week.
How long is a typical stay?
Each case is different and unique. Patient progress is reviewed weekly by our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) of nurses, therapists, and dietitians. Our main goal is that you reach your highest level of independence.

At Primrose Post-Acute, we’re proud to offer restaurant-style dining with diets designed by our full-time, in-house Registered Dietician.
Do I need to bring in my medications?
What type of clothing items should I bring?
We encourage you to bring a pair of comfortable shoes and at least seven days’ worth of comfortable clothing including pajamas and undergarments.
Can I bring personal belongings?
Yes! We encourage you to bring personal items such as family photos, blankets, and decorative items. Anything that will help make your stay more comfortable.
How do you protect patients, staff, and visitors from COVID-19 and other infectious diseases?
Our team is highly trained and experienced in caring for high-acuity patients and infectious diseases like COVID-19. Our dedicated infection prevention nurse helps ensure we follow current infection prevention guidelines and best practices. This includes educating all staff about the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as N95 masks, surgical masks, gloves, and gowns and when to use COVID-19 protocols required by local department of public health and/or the CDC.
